Multi-UUT EMC TB(with gearbox)

Multi-UUT EMC TB with gearbox is a test platform specially designed to evaluate the performance and compatibility of multiple electronic systems or devices in electromagnetic environments. The platform integrates advanced test equipment and control systems to quickly and accurately simulate and measure various electromagnetic interference (EMI) and electromagnetic susceptibility (EMS) conditions. Through the equipped gearbox, the platform can also simulate the electromagnetic environment under different speeds and load conditions, providing comprehensive support for electromagnetic compatibility testing in various complex scenarios.

General EMC test bench

A big power Dyno connect with 2 gears transmission box which able to output large range torque and speed, to fit for multiple UUT test. Incl. heavy duty e-motor, light duty e-motor and light duty e-axle can be test at the same bench.

Technical difficulties:

-Gearbox bring more faults, mechanical and leak oil, etc.

-Gearbox bring more reflective area.

Inappropriate antenna irradiation direction for e-axle test due to the arrangement.

-Static electricity will be generated in the oil system of the gearbox, and the level will increase by long time running, which will influence EMC measurement result.

So, this solution is not recommended.
