E-Motor EMC TB (direct connection)
The direct-drive motor EMC dynamometer test system is a device specially used for electromagnetic compatibility (EMC/EMI) testing of motors and their controllers. It is particularly suitable for testing high-speed motors and controllers, which can be installed on the L-shaped tooling end face or T-shaped slot platform, while the controller is placed on the test table. In addition, the system can test products with integrated motors and controllers. The shaft system design of this system is relatively simple, which makes the tooling reflective surface where the motor under test is installed smaller, which in turn has a smaller impact on the measurement uncertainty. When testing the electric drive assembly, the differential can be locked and then connected to the dynamometer shafting through one side shaft for testing.

Direct driver system
